Returns
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Process

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the product.
- Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the new item based on your request.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
